Current Analysis had evolved from an entrepreneurial environment to one that is more mature, driving the need for more sophisticated, consistent processes to manage their customer relationships and sales pipeline. Nearly two years after acquiring ARS, the subsidiary was still functioning as a separate entity from the other two organizations in North America and Europe. All three business units were working with different systems and processes. In addition, within each organization there was little communication between the sales and analysis teams and as a result, no 360-degree view of the customer existed
-
Directed BPR workshops to study “as is” processes for each job function in the 3 organizations and define one set of streamlined processes to support the entire company and foster cross-communication
-
Designed and configured SFDC based on the defined processes and requirements, including data consolidation and loading from 3 systems
-
Conducted live user training in 5 locations across the US and Europe
-
Provided post-production support including publishing FAQ and tip sheets, and hosting several web-based Q&A sessions
-
Developed and delivered administrator training
