 Nalge Nunc BioProducts (NNBP) designs and manufactures plastic containers for labs, biological materials, outdoor use, and packaging.  The company has operations in Denmark, Germany, Japan, the UK, and the US. NNBP is a subsidiary organized under Apogen.

 


 

Situation

  • Consolidation of five subsidiaries, each with its own sales force, into a single business unit created the need for a single sales process and a common technology platform

Scope

  • Develop a single set of sales processes to support five product lines and a unified sales force
  • Configure and deploy a contact management tool to allow for prospect/customer tracking and sales forecasting
  • Integrate contact management tool with a third-party sample fulfillment vendor to allows users to place, track, and report on orders
