Michael Shanker

CEO and Director

As chief executive officer, Mike defines the company’s strategy and manages its operations. Mike has over 25 years of experience in technology and management consulting services companies, as well as in software companies. He has designed and built complex systems supporting a variety of business functions, and has led numerous, successful customer relationship management, database marketing, and marketing automation initiatives. This experience has given him deep insight into the multi-faceted world of marketing, and an unparalleled understanding of marketing data management, marketing strategy and analytics, and marketing operations. Additionally, he has extensive project management experience that has provided him valuable insight into the best practices that drive the success of complex business and technology initiatives. Prior to co-founding Extraprise, he served as vice president and was a member of the Office of the President at Interleaf, was COO and a member of the board of directors at Comtex Systems, EVP at Broadway and Seymour, and east coast consulting director at Oracle. He has a BA from Bates College.


Bill Carino

Vice President, Sales

Bill brings to Extraprise over 20 years of experience in database marketing services delivery, customer intelligence, and direct and channel selling of direct marketing solutions and technology in a variety of industries.  Carino's relationship-based sales strategy is characterized by his ability to understand complex database marketing processes and technology concepts and effectively communicate them as solutions to clients.  His expansive knowledge in service delivery and sales, technical skills, and legal knowledge enable him to direct client needs and solutions across organizational functions.  Prior to joining Extraprise, Bill was Sales Director at ClickSquared, Inc., where he sold cross channel marketing technology and services to a variety of vertical industries and launched new vertical industry offerings for both fundraising and membership non-profit organizations.  He has also held the roles of VP of Data Solutions at Barton Cotton, and Senior Director of Sales at Epsilon.  Bill holds a JD in Contracts and Intellectual Property from Massachusetts School of Law and a BS in Industrial Mgt. from University of Massachusetts at Lowell. 


Joe Cordo

Chief Marketing Officer

A driver of marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve leadership and increase value, Joe leads worldwide marketing for Extraprise. A winner of more than a dozen national and international marketing awards, he brings expertise in Internet marketing, demand generation, product marketing, communications, and business development to Extraprise. Previously, Joe led marketing at three SaaS companies, building market leadership through innovative go-to-market strategies. At Bullhorn, his marketing leadership drove the company's growth more than 400% over four years, culminating in worldwide market and brand leadership. He also played a leading role in driving the next stages of growth for Lois Paul & Partners, HyperDesk, and Progress Software. As an SVP and partner at Lois Paul & Partners / Fleishman-Hillard, Joe led the Lotus Development account, building market and brand leadership for Lotus Notes. He also successfully led engagements with AT&T, Freescale Semiconductor, Kodak, and Verizon, bringing innovative marketing strategies and strong campaign execution to achieve client goals. Joe holds a B.S., cum laude, from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and an MBA, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island.


Christine Dostal

VP, Controller and Treasurer

Christine Dostal has been with Extraprise since 1997, the year of its inception. In her current role as VP, Controller and Treasurer, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s general accounting, fiscal planning, contract negotiations, financial administration, and auditing. Christine is extremely judicious in her role, and consistently finds ways to improve the standard of operations at Extraprise. She is an invaluable part of the Extraprise team, and she has earned the highest level of trust and respect from her peers. Prior to joining Extraprise, Christine worked as the business analyst for the Professional Services Group at Interleaf, Inc., where she managed business analysis, revenue recognition, contract negotiation, budgeting, compensation planning, and field accounting. Christine holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of Great Falls.


Bob MacInnis

Vice President, Technical Services

As Vice President of Technical Services, Bob is responsible for ensuring that Extraprise proactively, continually, and profitably utilizes and offers leading edge marketing technology products and services. He is critical to introducing advanced technologies and techniques to our clients and he continues to build a staff with a broad range of expertise and depth of experience to assure the highest level of marketing information support and development. Prior to Extraprise, he was Vice President of Advanced Technologies at e-Dialog, since acquired by eBay, where he introduced high speed real-time query, segmentation, publishing and analysis tools that helped catapult the company to top rankings by Forrester for 3 years in a row. Prior to e-Dialog, he was a CTO and co-founder of Wired Empire, a marketing services provider now owned by Equifax, where he developed a suite of applications that enabled companies to electronically market their goods and services. These products provided access for marketers to define, automate, personalize, track and analyze marketing campaigns using an integrated, easy-to-use Web-based solution. Bob was also a CTO and a Principal at Database Marketing Corporation, and a Vice President of Product Development at Ziff-Davis Technical Information Company. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts.


Jennifer Allison

Director of Human Resources

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, and has been responsible for managing employee and corporate relations for a number of high profile organizations. As the director of human resources at Extraprise, she is responsible for overall strategic HR leadership, including staffing, employee relations, policy and procedure development, benefits, payroll and compensation. Jennifer has worked diligently to foster a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership of the organization. Jennifer uses her exemplary interpersonal skills and pragmatic reasoning to be a consistent and judicious advocate for employees, executive leadership, and the best interests of the organization. Prior to joining Extraprise, Jennifer served as the vice president of human resources for Mellon Financial Corporation, State Street Corporation, and Thomson Reuters. Jennifer has a BS in Business Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.


Chris Baribeau

Practice Director

Chris has spent the majority of his career as a management consultant helping organizations drive revenue through multi-channel marketing campaigns. He is an expert at using analytical insight from customer information to understand customer needs, predict behavior, and create customer interaction strategies that improve a marketing organization’s ability to generate qualified leads and have a measureable impact on revenue. He is responsible for managing Extraprise’s client relationships and leading all engagements. His marketing strategy and analytic expertise, coupled with a deep understanding of marketing technology, automation and processes has made Chris a key factor in the success of our clients’ marketing initiatives. Chris manages a team of marketing professionals and serves as a mentor for their development and growth as database marketing experts. Chris plays an active role in new business development and has been a key player in the fostering of new business within Extraprise’s current account base. Prior to joining Extraprise, Chris was a marketing and customer intelligence consultant at IBM. Chris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.


Chris Malone

Senior Technical Consultant

Chris has worked as a technical consultant throughout most of his career, providing clients with guidance and technical solutions in order to increase the value of their marketing environments. Chris has been with Extraprise since 2007, joining the team as a technical consultant and quickly contributing to multiple accounts in the areas of technical leadership, design, development, and ongoing support. His database development experience paired with his ability to architect and manage large-scale technical implementations has allowed Chris to rise to the role of Senior Technical Consultant. As Senior Technical Consultant, Chris is responsible for managing all technical account services and is actively engaged in providing the team with insight and direction while also working with clients on new and upcoming projects. He is adept at understanding business issues as well as the technical implications and designing creative, industry best-practice solutions that utilize current technologies. Chris manages a team of technical consultants, assisting them with projects and guiding them to grow their technical knowledge and marketing consulting abilities. Prior to joining Extraprise, Chris was a developer in the medical software industry at Picis Inc. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at the University of Notre Dame.
