Marshall is responsible for the strategic direction of Extraprise. Previously he was President and COO of Giga Information Group, an information technology advisory company. He was formerly President and CEO of Object Design, Inc, the leader in the object-oriented database market. Object Design was ranked #1 in the Inc. 500 during his tenure as CEO. Marshall was also a Group Vice President at Oracle Corporation, the world's leading vendor of information management software, and was the founder of Oracle's consulting services business. He sits on the board of Actuate, Inc. and Streambase Systems. Marshall has a BA from Northeastern University and an MA from Boston College.
Mark Koulogeorge is a managing general partner of MK Capital, a $150 million venture capital fund that invests in software, digital media, and outsourced services companies. Mr. Koulogeorge has over fifteen years of private equity and venture capital experience. He has served on the boards of directors of over twenty technology companies, and has generated over $300 million of capital gains for his investors. Mr. Koulogeorge is a director of Extraprise, Aprimo, First Choice Solutions, Go2Call, Knowlagent, Apex Learning, and Multicast Media. Mr. Koulogeorge holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University.
McCullen is the the founder of McCullen Capital Partners. He was most recently a managing director at Whitney & Co. focusing on investments in the communications area. For 14 years, McCullen was a General Partner and Managing Member of OneLiberty Ventures, where he focused on investments in the technology and communications sectors. He was a founding investor and director of numerous public companies, including TeleCorp, Brooks Fiber Properties, Intermedia Communications and MetroNet of Canada. He was also the founding investor in Extraprise and several other prominent private companies. McCullen spent 11 years in public service. He was an Assistant to the President and Assistant Secretary to the Navy; he served in the U.S. military as Infantry Lieutenant and Navy Petty Officer. McCullen has been awarded two Distinguished Service Medals. In recent years, McCullen has been active on a pro bono basis, serving on several Federal boards, commissions and White House panels. He is a graduate of Villanova University, where he holds an honorary doctorate.
