Ken Marshall, CEO

Expertise:
Ken has over 25 years of experience working as a consultant, executive or board member at a wide a variety of companies, across multiple industries. He has had direct responsibility for formulating and executing business strategy, operational management, and  building sales, marketing and services organizations from startup to later stage.

As CEO of Extraprise, Ken often serves as an Extraprise "executive sponsor", working in conjunction with Extraprise delivery teams to develop and deliver business solutions to our clients.

Michael Shanker, EVP Marketing Services

Expertise:
Mike has over 25 years of experience in technology and management consulting services companies, as well as in software companies.  He has designed and built complex systems supporting a variety of business functions.  Additionally, he has extensive project management experience that has provided him valuable insight into the best practices that drive the success of complex business and technology initiatives.  Half of Mike's career has been spent helping clients with their customer relationship management initiatives.

Over the last 16 years, Mike has held a number of senior executive positions in a variety of companies that have served many different industries.  In these positions, he has had responsibility for developing and executing company strategies, building business development, sales, and delivery organizations, and then operating those organizations.

As EVP of Extraprise, Mike is responsible for all aspects of the Marketing Services business unit.

Bill Blundon, EVP Development

Expertise:
Bill leads the company's platform development, privacy and security, and thought leadership efforts. He has written numerous reports and has had more than 100 articles published in industry magazines in the US and Europe.

Experience:
SourceCraft, Inc: President and COO; Object Design, Inc.: Vice President of Marketing; Groupe Bull: Managing Director of Workstations. Bill also held a series of engineering and marketing management roles at MASSCOMP, a manufacturer of UNIX workstations and servers. He is a former director of the Object Management Group and was a regular columnist for JavaWorld magazine and other industry publications.

Phil McKnight, EVP CRM Services

Expertise
Phil has over 25 years of executive level experience in the high-tech industry.  He is responsible for all aspects of Extraprise's CRM Services organization.

Jim Anzivino, VP CRM Services

Expertise: 
Jim has over 15 years of experience working in various software and professional services companies.  Jim has spent a majority of his career focused on CRM application implementation services.  He is responsible for the delivery of client CRM initiatives within the east region.  Jim has experience across the spectrum of CRM applications including sales, service, call center, field service, marketing, and business intelligence. 

Jim has managed all aspects of projects from strategy development, package selection, project definition, requirements analysis, business process design, technical design, development, implementation, and post implementation support.  He has worked extensively within the high technology, financial services, manufacturing, communications, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, biotech, professional services, transportation, and retail sectors.

Doug Michaud, VP Marketing Services

Expertise:
Doug has been creating and enhancing data driven marketing programs for more than 16 years.  He has designed and executed these national programs for a wide variety of companies, across multiple industries including high-tech software and hardware, non-profit, retail and pharmaceutical.

As VP Marketing Services at Extraprise, Doug works with our clients to formulate and execute their marketing vision.  He also ensures that our work and results surpass our clients' expectations.

Eric Robbins, VP of Marketing and Business Development

Expertise:
Eric has spent more than 20 years providing marketing, strategy, and consulting solutions to companies employing technology to enhance and optimize business processes. Eric has operated across a spectrum of industries including Life Sciences, Financial, Manufacturing, and High Technology.

As VP of Marketing and Business Development, Eric is responsible for communicating Extraprise's unique capabilities to the marketplace and engaging customers to understand market needs in order to evolve Extraprise's CRM and Marketing Service offerings. Eric also works directly with customers and prospects to develop business cases and strategies utilizing customer-focused solutions to achieve corporate objectives. Further, Eric performs and coordinates thought leadership activities within Extraprise including research, education, and ecosystem development.

BroadVision: VP Marketing and Strategy for BroadVision Global Services; Interleaf: VP Consulting; Deloitte Consulting: Manager; Robbins Consulting: Various Strategy, Marketing, and Operational Consulting Projects.
