| Extraprise's management team consists of seasoned, industry veterans with extensive experience in professional services. Ken Marshall, Mike Shanker, and Bill Blundon co-founded the company, and together with the rest of the team share a deep passion for Extraprise, its employees, and most importantly, its clients. As Chief Executive Officer, Mike defines the company’s strategy and manages its operations. Mr. Shanker has over 25 years of experience in technology and management consulting services companies, as well as in software companies. He has designed and built complex systems supporting a variety of business functions. Additionally, he has extensive project management experience that has provided him valuable insight into the best practices that drive the success of complex business and technology initiatives. Prior to co-founding Extraprise, he served as Vice President and was a member of the Office of the President at Interleaf, was President and COO at Comtex Systems, EVP at Broadway and Seymour, and a Director at Oracle. He has a BA from Bates College. Christine Dostal has been with Extraprise since 1997, the year of its inception. In her current role as VP, Controller and Treasurer, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s general accounting, fiscal planning, contract negotiations, financial administration and auditing. Christine is extremely judicious in her role, and consistently finds ways to lower expenses, alleviate gratuitous costs and improve the standard of operation at Extraprise. Due to her unfaltering reliability and unwavering commitment to her responsibilities, Christine is an invaluable part of the Extraprise team and has earned the highest level of trust and respect from her peers. Prior to joining Extraprise, Christine worked as the business analyst for the professional services group at Interleaf, Inc., where she managed business analysis, revenue recognition, contract negotiation, budgeting, compensation planning, and field accounting. Christine holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of Great Falls. Doug has been creating and enhancing data-driven marketing programs for more than 16 years. He has designed and executed national and international programs for a wide variety of companies, across multiple industries including high-tech software and hardware, non-profit, retail and pharmaceutical. As VP Marketing and Sales at Extraprise, Doug works with our clients to formulate and execute their marketing vision. He also ensures that our work and results surpass our clients' expectations. He was a VP and General Manager at Epsilon, Management Supervisor at Stringer Advertising, and Director of Commercial Account Services at Amergent. Doug has a MBA from Endicott College and a BS from Norwich University. Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, and has been responsible for managing employee and corporate relations for a number of high profile organizations. As the director of human resources at Extraprise, she is responsible for overall strategic HR leadership, including staffing, employee relations, policy and procedure development, benefits, payroll and compensation. Jennifer has worked diligently to foster a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership of the organization. Jennifer uses her exemplary interpersonal skills and pragmatic reasoning to be a consistent and judicious advocate for employees, executive leadership and the best interests of the organization. Prior to joining Extraprise, Jennifer served as the vice president of human resources for Mellon Financial Corporation, State Street Corporation, and Thomson Reuters. Jennifer has a BS in Business Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
