Ken has over 25 years of experience working as a consultant, executive or board member at a wide a variety of companies, across multiple industries. He has had direct responsibility for formulating and executing business strategy, operational management, and building sales, marketing and services organizations from startup to later stage. As CEO of Extraprise, Ken often serves as an Extraprise "executive sponsor", working in conjunction with Extraprise delivery teams to develop and deliver business solutions to our clients. Half of Mike's career has been spent helping clients with their customer relationship management initiatives. Over the last 16 years, Mike has held a number of senior executive positions in a variety of companies that have served many different industries. In these positions, he has had responsibility for developing and executing company strategies, building business development, sales, and delivery organizations, and then operating those organizations. As EVP of Extraprise, Mike is responsible for all aspects of the Marketing Services business unit. Jim has spent a majority of his career focused on CRM application implementation services. He is responsible for the delivery of client CRM initiatives within the east region. Jim has experience across the spectrum of CRM applications including sales, service, call center, field service, marketing, and business intelligence. Jim has managed all aspects of projects from strategy development, package selection, project definition, requirements analysis, business process design, technical design, development, implementation, and post implementation support. He has worked extensively within the high technology, financial services, manufacturing, communications, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, biotech, professional services, transportation, and retail sectors.
