Extraprise Signs Partnership Deal with Alterian

BOSTON, MA, June 14, 2004 – Extraprise today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Alterian (LSE: ALN) a global provider of database marketing and customer insight solutions. Extraprise will use the Alterian Marketing Suite as a major element within its new 'Insight-to-Interaction” platform. The 'i2i platform” supports an integrated set of data management, business insight, demand generation, and customer management services for Extraprise clients in the Americas and Europe.

Extraprise's Insight-to-Interaction platform provides a common infrastructure for customer acquisition, management, and retention. The i2i approach enables clients to consolidate multiple customer data sources, segment customers by value, develop predictive models, manage demand generation campaigns, and automate their operational systems across customer channels. With Insight-to-Interaction, Extraprise is the first consultant to offer services traditionally available separately from two different kinds of companies: systems integrators and marketing service providers. All solutions are available today on the client's premises. They are available as on demand services at the company's hosting centers in the U.S. today, and will be available in the U.K. later this year.
