BOSTON, MA, August, 3 2005 – Extraprise® a leading systems integrator and business process outsourcer focused on customer management today announced that it has sold its business in the Netherlands to leading IT service provider E.Novation Group BV. E.Novation provides Managed Services – technology and consultancy that enable the firm to take on various parts of corporate operational management. E.Novation will hire all current staff, license the Extraprise Way consulting methodology, and have the right to use the Extraprise brand in The Netherlands for two years. Financial details of the transaction have not been released.
A major attraction to E.Novation was Extraprise’s existing client relationships with major Dutch companies in the banking, utilities, and industrial sectors.
