Josh is the Director of Operations for the i2i Platform Development group. He focuses on the design and delivery of managed infrastructure services for i2i clients. Josh has over nine years of comprehensive experience delivering Siebel software solutions from Siebel version 3 through version 7.7 and has led numerous technical teams through design, implementation, and support. He continues to serve as an advisor on technical architecture design for Extraprise CRM business solutions. He has worked as project manager, system & technical architect, and technical lead on various e-business, CRM, ERP, and OLAP implementations to assist clients in achieving their project and business successes. As Principal Systems Architect at Extraprise, Chien-Ming designs and develops the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) framework for Extraprise's Insight-to-Interactive (i2i) hosting systems.
