Meet the Extraprise Team
Members of the Extraprise Marketing Services team are responsible for building, testing, and operating the Insight-to-Interaction (i2i) platform and managing Siebel Marketing and Analytics systems for clients.  They also work closely with our clients to develop marketing and coverage strategies, deliver valuable insights and analysis, and execute marketing programs and campaigns. 

Jim Anzivino

Jim has over 18 years of experience working for various software and professional services companies, and has spent the majority of his career focused on CRM application implementation and support services.  He has experience across the spectrum of enterprise applications including marketing, sales, service, call center, field service, and business intelligence.  As the vice president of technical services at Extraprise, Jim manages all aspects of Extraprise's marketing platform, including strategy development, package selection, integration, operations, and maintenance  Jim’s extensive knowledge of systems development and his ability to absorb business objectives and implement solutions and processes that have an immense impact on revenue and productivity, have not only benefitted Extraprise’s internal operations, but also those of clients in the high-tech, financial services, manufacturing, communications, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, biotech, professional services, transportation, and retail sectors.  Prior to becoming the vice president of technical services, Jim was the vice president and national practice director for the CRM practice at Extraprise.  Before joining Extraprise, he was a senior technology manager at Corporate Software.  Jim holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Chris Baribeau

Chris has spent the majority of his career as a management consultant helping organizations create and maintain integrated closed-loop marketing environments. He is an expert at using analytical insight from customer information to understand customer needs and predict behavior, and to create customer interaction strategies that increase an organizations ability to generate revenue.  Chris joined the Extraprise team in 2005 as a marketing strategist and was recently given the role of practice director for the marketing services organization, making him responsible for the management of all clients being supported by Extraprise’s Insight-to-Interaction (i2i) database marketing platform.  Chris has been instrumental in the development and management of client relationships and has been critical to the success of organizations being supported by i2i.  He leverages his analytic proficiency and aptitude for marketing strategy to help organizations evolve their marketing operations and make the vital shift to becoming customer-centric. He also manages a team of marketing professionals and serves as a mentor for their development and growth as database marketing professionals.   Chris plays an active role in new business development and has been a key player in the fostering of new business within Extraprise’s current account base.  Prior to joining Extraprise, Chris was a marketing and customer intelligence consultant at IBM.  Chris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Kristina Majeski

Kristina  is the Siebel Marketing Practice Director at Extraprise, where she is responsible for managing the relationships of all clients utilizing Extraprise’s services to support and optimize their Siebel Marketing and Analytics platform.  In addition to her expertise maintaining and operating marketing systems, she has over fifteen years of experience in all phases of systems implementation, including planning, design, and deployment.  Since 2004, Kristina has worked at Extraprise in a Practice Management capacity.  Her focus is working with clients to determine their business needs and crafting customized solutions to meet those needs, apply measurement, and determine ROI.  Kristina has and continues to serve as the PMO for several large Siebel Marketing engagements, providing both project-based and ongoing technical and strategic support.  She is responsible for leading a team that maintains and operates the largest Siebel Marketing installation to date, executing over 500 campaigns per night on behalf of their client. She is also a member of the Executive Steering Committee. Prior to joining Extraprise, Kristina was the East Coast Manager for the training, project management, and business analyst functions at Cambridge Technology Partners, which has since been purchased by Novell.  Kristina holds a B.S. in Management and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, and is PMI certified.

 Jennifer Reif

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience developing and managing customer acquisition, and retention marketing initiatives across a wide variety of industries, including high-tech, financial services, retail, hospitality and telecommunications.   She uses her extensive experience with database and direct marketing techniques, campaign management, customer analytics and product lifecycle management to help companies implement more strategic and operationally efficient marketing environments.  As a marketing strategist at Extraprise, Jennifer is responsible for leading delivery teams in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive database marketing solutions.  Clients rely on Jennifer to help them use these solutions to evolve their marketing operations and to achieve their strategic marketing vision.  Before coming to Extraprise in 2004, Jennifer worked as a senior product marketing manager at Entopia, Inc. where she developed and implemented strategic product direction, positioning, packaging, pricing and targeted marketing plans.  Jennifer holds a B.A. in International Studies from Lafayette College, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.

Diana Ubinas

Diana has been a direct marketing professional for over fifteen years, with the last eight years spent in marketing intelligence and database marketing roles. She has a broad range of expertise utilizing insights to develop marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and supporting tools and approaches that drive marketing program effectiveness.  Since 2006, Diana has worked as a marketing strategist and campaign marketing manager at Extraprise, where she is responsible for supporting the ongoing relationship marketing efforts for a major pharmaceutical client.  In addition to overseeing a staff of marketing specialists, her responsibilities include the database fulfillment operations for her client’s national CRM programs, daily production operations, and the development of metrics and forecast reports. She also serves as the project manager on development projects.  Diana utilizes her unique combination of marketing strategy expertise and proficiency in customer relationship management systems to advise her client on how to most effectively leverage their application to support campaigns.  Prior to joining Extraprise, Diana was a marketing strategist at IBM, where she provided consulting services to various B2B clients, supporting their targeting efforts through the use of modeling tools and database marketing analysis.  Diana has a B.A. in Latin American History from Wellesley College, as well as an MBA from Babson College’s Graduate School of Management. She is also Siebel Marketing certified.
