Extraprise has self-certified its adherence to the U.S. Department of Commerce's Safe Harbor Privacy Principles with respect to personal information relating to residents of the European Union that is transferred to the United States for use or further processing by Extraprise.

Extraprise may receive personal information within Contact Information for actual or prospective Extraprise customers, whether provided by or received from the customer or a third party. Extraprise may also receive personal information within customers' Business Information files that we handle in the course of providing services to such customers. This information may be provided by or received from our customers or third party sources. This Privacy Notice applies to both Contact Information and Business Information that contains personal information.

We may obtain personal information in person or via telephone, postal mail, electronic mail, Internet web site, or other electronic means. We may also receive personal information from our business partners and from third party commercial information sources. Personal information may include an individual's name, address, telephone number(s), facsimile number(s), electronic mail address, SMS address, web site address, transaction history, and other historical or demographic data.

Personal Information Collected Via www.extraprise.com.
Users are not required to disclose any personal information in order to use most of our www.extraprise.com website. However, if you wish to take advantage of some of the specific services that we offer, register for an event, or download an Extraprise Report, personal information is required. Extraprise is the sole owner of any personal information collected on our website. We use this information to improve our marketing, for administration, and to provide services to customers.

• Reports and White Papers: To subscribe to Extraprise Reports and White Papers you need to register with us by supplying your e-mail address. To unsubscribe, e-mail us at info@extraprise.com.
  
• Events Registration: To register for an event you must complete a registration form providing your contact information (such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address). This information enables us to process and fulfill your enrolment online so that we can contact you about the events that interest you. Optionally, you may provide demographic information (such as company name and position). If you do provide such information we are able to use it to provide a more personalized experience on our website. To confirm your registration and inform you about future events and offers from Extraprise, we may e-mail or call you at the address and telephone number you provide.
  
• Job Applications: Any information you send us for the purpose of a job application will be used for that purpose only.

Personal information may be disclosed among our offices or to third parties for processing on our behalf or to provide services to us in accordance with our instructions, but only for purposes that we would be permitted to pursue directly.
